In this video, I will show you two ways to create a rewind effect in Premiere Pro 2020. One way is using a greenscreen which is very basic, very quick but in my opinion doesn't look the best. The second way I will be showing you is how to create the rewind from scratch, it does take longer but it looks a lot better and you have full control of how the effect looks.
