Dozens of people come to the school in Beslan every day. Many, like us, feel that it is important to bring fresh flowers, toys or a bottle of water at any time. Beslan is an open wound not only for North Ossetia, but for the entire country. She still bleeds.
As the authors of a travel channel, it was very difficult for us to shoot something. It is impossible to turn off the person in oneself in such places, hold back tears, somehow record observations and say something intelligible. And I apologize in advance to the audience for inaccurate words - it is impossible to convey the atmosphere of this place in the ways available to us. We did not include a fragment from Beslan in our big video about Vladikavkaz and North Ossetia. I just couldn't. And we thought for a very long time what to do, because the mood of the channel is usually different. Still, it seemed important to us to make this small video and share it with you. We so want people to become kinder, wiser, and much more, we want such terrible things to never be repeated in the world - in any country...
