I released my version of Frankie Beverly's song 'We are One'. I know that people are feeling low and depressed because of the state of the world, the cost of living and here in England the unpredictable weather does not help. Life is not easy at the moment. Here you can see that regardless of what's happening I have to look after my children, hence cooking dinner. Cooking food fresh, from the start is cheaper than take away. I reckon that this meal is under £5 without a doubt. If I bought a takeaway for the kids it would easily be over £15 .
