Delete blank rows using the “Go To Special” feature. First select the range of cells then press “Ctrl + G” to open the “Go To” dialog box. In the “Go To” dialog box, select “Special” and then select “Blanks.” This will select all the blank cells in the selected range. Once the blank cells are selected, press “Ctrl -“ to delete the selected rows.
