CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- The Centers for Disease Control has a warning for people before they hit the pool and its kind of gross. It has to do with burning; red eyes after you've been underwater. The CDC said chlorine was not to completely to blamed. There is another element that creates the burning. The other elements include urine, sweat and other waste from swimmers.
