Block Letter Printer - Encoding a Block of Data in Ascii, Compressing the Codewars Solution
In this video I go over my approach to solving the "Block Letter Printer" challenge on Codewars. Rather than a typical approach that might utilise a block of text for the characters, I encode the data into a single line of ascii data in an effort to compress the data down to something smaller, thereby making the solution more concise.
