Oscar Selgado's attorney speaks on Marilyn Barnes' reality and circumstances
Earlier this month, Oscar Selgado issued an apology to Marilyn Barnes, the woman he was colluding to kill. Barnes was one of Selgado’s client who had gotten frustrated with him and subsequently filed a report with the General Legal Counsel. Selgado, in trying to disrupt the complaint, had concocted a plan to kill Barnes. Selgado’s attorney, Arthur Saldivar, spoke on Barnes’ reality and the unfortunate circumstances.
