Today we take a look at the Skyrim mod, Ars Metallica. This mod takes a look at the crafting and smithing system in Skyrim and fixes a lot of what I found was wrong with it.

Ars Metallica borders on almost a bug fix mod where the changes are subtle and push the game more in line with what you would expect, or would have created yourself, from a current generation game.

Some people may be offput by the added material restrictions tied to perks.. but it really isn't that bad unless you aren't touch smithing at all.. and at that point, why are you even using this mod?
