Beverly Walker and Waddell Terry are the faces and owners of 'Lil Bit of Country Gourmet Chow Chow'.
Beverly walks us through her amazing story of starting out just trying to make something her grandmother use to make landing on her chow chow recipe. The bach made 20 jars and so she gave them to friends as a christmas gift and form that point on she has been making it ever since.
Luckily she was able to partner up with a commercial kitchen and business incubator called Delta Cuisine in partnership with the Arkansas State university hospitality center in West Memphis. They focus on helping small food companies grow their business and allow them to become FDA certified.
