Log in to your WordPress dashboard and go to 'Posts' to check which editor is currently being used for the post. See, the post is open in the Classic Editor.
To change it, first, go to 'Plugins' to check which plugins are activated on your site. Here is the 'Classic Editor' plugin, select it, and click on 'Delete.' The plugin is deleted.
Return to your post and see this post is now in the block editor.
