A clear example of how NOT to install an FX AlgoTrader forex trading tool. In this case the customer made an assumption they knew where to point the installer and then spent a week playing ping pong with technical support - an installation which should have taken 9 seconds turned into a week long saga with over 20 tech support emails sent to our tech services team. This is an example where assumption and over confidence with the MetaTrader 4 platform created a bit of a nightmare not only for the customer but also for our technical support team.
