I sued the Bacau court! A clerk from Bacau court send me the citation after the trial started!
ECHR MR Judge Marko Bošnjak Help from European Corth for Human Rights please intervein into this problem I'm confronting with. Briefly into this view a Rumanian clerk send me the citation after 2 days when the trial started. The motive is unknown.
In other case the Bacau's Corth wrote in the order lists that i have a threatening act which the prosecutor dismissed. When they realize that they were wrong after approx. 2 months they remove the threatening act.
