How To Crop An Image Into Letters In Canva | Canva Tutorial
In this Canva tutorial, I will show you how to crop an image into letters in Canva. Unfortunately, Canva does not have a built-in feature to crop an image into letters. However, you can still achieve this effect by using the following workaround:
1. Log in to your Canva account and open the design you want to work on.
2. Click on the "Elements" tab located in the left-side menu, and select the "Shapes" category.
3. Choose the letter you want to crop your image into, and drag and drop it onto your design.
4. Use the handles on the edges of the letter shape to adjust its size and placement.
5. Next, click on the image that you want to crop to select it. In the top toolbar of the Canva editor, click on the "Layers" button.
6. Move the image layer beneath the letter shape layer in the Layers panel.
7. Select both the image and letter shape layers by holding down the "Ctrl" key (or "Cmd" key on a Mac) and clicking on each layer.
8. With both layers selected, right-click on the image layer and select "Mask with Shape."
9. Your image will now be cropped into the shape of the letter.
10. Finally, don't forget to save your design by clicking the "Download" or "Publish" button. With these steps, you can crop an image into letters in Canva, although it may require a bit of extra effort.
