install nmap on centos:
yum install nmap -y
sudo: sorry, you must have a tty to run sudo
Cannot execute script
open file /etc/sudoers

comment Defaults requiretty
and add line
zabbix ALL=(ALL:ALL) NOPASSWD:/usr/bin/nmap

it's Ok
