After more than a year away from game development, I finally decided to make something...and this time NOT in an engine by TheGameCreators. Scarlet Harvest is a retro sci-fi shooter I'm creating in Easy FPS Editor - a simple, free game engine specialising in 2.5D shooters.
In this first devlog, I share why I chose EFPSE and what it's like to use, and how I created both 2D and 3D assets decorate the world. I'll be releasing two other devlogs shortly.
