Mission briefing:
"It is 24th November 1942, USSR, Stalingrad district, the town of Kalach area.
The 1st Romanian Armored Division "Romania Mare", 1st Tank Regiment, 4th Motorized Vanatori Regiments is under the command of Major General R.G.
The 26th Soviet Tank Corps of the 5th Tank Army broke the defence of the 3rd Romanian Army and continued its offensive towards the town of Kalach-na-Donu.
The advanced enemy motorized group of the Soviet 3rd Guards Cavalry Corps rushed into attack and stopped the retreating of the Axls forces belonging to the 6th Army. The final goal of the Soviet forces was the encirclement of the enemy.
The 1st Tank Regiment, together with the 4th Motorized Vanatori Regiments has been tasked to engage in the fight against the mobile enemy group and establish defensive positions as a temporary stronghold. Our tank group has been ordered to break through the enemy lines and destroy his rear units, especially the Soviet rocket launchers BM-13 "Katyusha".
