🍴Ingredients (4-6 servings)
1-1.2 kg of meat (any to your liking)
2 courgettes (approx. 500 g) or other vegetables on request
1 large onion (approx. 250 g)
4 eggs
30 g of salt (I took 50:50 normal and nitrite)
any spices of your choice (I have 1 tsp smoked paprika + 0.5 tsp ground coriander + black pepper)
