Everyone's Split Jerk should have a few things in common.
1. Front Knee behind the toes.
2. Back Knee bent with toes on the ball of the foot.
3. Hair: Gelled
Weightlifting has room for subjectivity when it comes to technique, but if you are doing those three things when you clean and jerk you are probably doing things correctly.
Snatch and Cleans are very technical, as is the Split Jerk. Make sure that you spend enough time on it to make sure that it is not your weakest link.
