Have you ever had a law imposed on you that gave you a desire to do what was right? Can we expect legislation to bring about a moral society? Jesus didn't think so. That's why he rejected Satan's offer to have the kingdoms of this world.

How about us as His followers... are we fighting to establish laws to make people moral, or are we lovingly serving others like Jesus did? The Kingdom of God looks like Jesus!
