Try this recipe, if you do it right, you definitely won’t regret it! If you like them very sweet, you can add more sugar!

📌Ingredients:
✔milk 250ml;
✔flour 1.1-1.2 kg (depending on quality);
✔live yeast 80g;
✔butter 180g;
✔ lard 1 tbsp (if not available, can be replaced with butter);
✔sugar 250g;
✔chicken eggs 8 pieces;
✔raisins 120-150g;
✔turmeric 0.5-1 teaspoon;
✔salt 0.5 teaspoons;
✔vanillin 1 sachet;
For glaze: 70g powdered sugar and 50g sugar per 1 egg white. Enough for 6 eggs.
Yield: 6 pieces, 380g each. Raw dough 2.275 kg.
