the event wish (character and weapon) pity carries over even after the switch!
standard banner 5 star characters cannot be obtained on the weapon banner
you can get 4 star weapons and 5 star weapons on the standard banner
every character/weapon has an equal chance of dropping (4 star \ for 5 star its only Keqing, Mona, Diluc, Qiqi, Jean)
