In this part we first look at the issue with the previous sprite background redrawing, show how to resolve it before adding the double buffering. To get the double buffering to work properly we add an interrupt handler, and then use the additional 8k of screen space to allow sprite background redrawing to be double buffered without any additional code.

Lastly in this part we add a simple animation system
