I am at the Bucket List Cafe in Center Ridge, AR and I am going to attempt their 55 gallon pancake! This massive pancake weighs between 8-9 pounds and I will have one hour to eat this. If I do I will get the $20 pancake for free, get and awesome T-shirt and become just the 3rd person in 16 years to defeat this enormous flapjack. We are heading back home from Texas but this challenge was not too far out of the way. Will this be a good idea or will I end up strapping this to the roof of our car to take home?
