With the name leaving little to the imagination ze_cs_italy is literally that: Italy turned into a zombie escape map. However, it's not as much italy as one'd expect since the only resemblance to the original map is the spawn and that's it. There isn't much more to the map and there are literally 0 choke points. Needless to say the balance is completely out of whack and humans can never lose. In fact, if you even attempt to hold off the zombie horde for just a few seconds you are unlikely to make it to the end. Finally, zombies spawn quite late into the round for a level this short, so you are essentially dead on arrival when being a motherzombie.
Much is required to fix this map, and I wouldn't recommend it on any server unless it gets a decent overhaul. The only noteworthy aspect of the map is its short length, which would make for fun repetitive rounds if it was worth anything at all. Good luck.
