Two years ago we had the luck to listen to Jan’s keynote for the first time. Since then, his book "officina humana" has been on the must-read list for us when it comes to designing new (office) spaces.

Prof. Jan Teunen calls himself Cultural Capital Producer and is convinced: "The power to change society can emanate from the offices of this world. He says: "The potential of employees can only unfold in places that offer quality to people. He demands greenhouses for creativity instead of soulless dead spaces. This benefits not only people, but also companies - because their employees are more creative, more productive and more motivated.

This video took place during in event at Axel Springer in Berlin, that we joined together with Jan for a panel discussion. The speech is in German, but we have subtitled it for you. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
