To export a KMZ file from Google Earth, you can follow the steps below:

Open Google Earth on your computer.
Navigate to the location you want to export.
Click on "File" in the top left corner of the screen.
Select "Save" and choose "Save Place As" from the drop-down menu.
In the "Save Place As" window, enter a name for your KMZ file.
Choose the location on your computer where you want to save the file.
Select "Google Earth (.kmz)" as the file type from the drop-down menu.
Click "Save" to save the KMZ file.
Alternatively, you can also export a KMZ file by right-clicking on a folder or placemark in the "Places" panel and selecting "Save Place As" from the drop-down menu. Then follow steps 5-8 as described above. The exported KMZ file will contain all the placemarks, overlays, and other data associated with the selected folder or placemark.

To import a KMZ file into Global Mapper and export it, you can follow the steps below:

Open Global Mapper on your computer.
Go to File Open Data File.
In the Open Data File window, select the KMZ file you want to import and click Open.
In the Select KML.KMZ Import Options" window, select Automatic (Recommended)" as the coordinate system and units of the KMZ file.
Click OK to import the KMZ file into Global Mapper.
Once the KMZ file is imported, you can view and analyze the data as needed using the various tools and functions in Global Mapper.
To export the KMZ file, go to File Export.
In the Export Data window, select the format you want to export the file to, such as Shapefile, GeoTIFF, or CSV.
Enter a name for the exported file and choose the location on your computer where you want to save it.
In the export options window, select the settings you want to use for the export, such as the projection, coordinate system, and data fields.
Click OK to export the KMZ file as the selected format.
Note: Keep in mind that the accuracy of the exported data depends on the quality and accuracy of the original KMZ file. Always double-check the data and perform any necessary adjustments before using it for critical tasks
