Police arrest juvenile after pepper-spray attack during Portland Pride Parade
Sgt. Chris Burley, Portland police spokesman, confirmed Monday that the pepper-spraying attack seen in the video is the same incident that led to the arrest of a juvenile Sunday. He said the teen is known to officers from recent protests and "has been observed associating with the Antifa, Black Block and Anarchist groups."
