1. First of open your MS Word document
2. Press CTRL+H or click on Replace button
3. Click on Find tab, (don’t press CTRL+F) to use Find tab
4. Copy and Paste in Find what box
5. Click on checkbox of “ Use wildcards ”
6. Click on Reading Highlights button and click on Highlight All (You will see all abbreviations or Acronym are highlighted)
7. Next click on Find in button and click on Main Document
8. Now close Find and Replace window
9. Click on copy button or press CTRL+C
10. Open new document and press CTRL+V or click on paste button
