To export Profile NGL (Natural Ground Level) and FFL (Finished Floor Level) points from AutoCAD Civil 3D into Microsoft Excel, you can follow these steps:

Open the drawing file that contains the profile you want to export in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Switch to the "Profile" workspace by clicking on the "Profile" tab at the top of the screen.
Select the profile you want to export from the "Prospector" tab on the left side of the screen.
Right-click on the profile and choose "Export Elevation Points" from the menu that appears.
In the "Export Elevation Points" dialog box, choose the "Microsoft Excel (XLS)" option in the "Format" section.
Click the "Next" button to proceed.
In the "Select Elevation Points" section, select "NGL" and "FFL" in the "Elevation Point Types" list.
Choose the desired output format for the exported points (e.g. "Point Number, Station, Elevation" or "Point Number, Easting, Northing, Elevation").
Click the "Finish" button to export the points to an Excel file.
Choose a location to save the exported Excel file, and give it a name.
