In this video, I'll be walking you through every single step in the process of rooting your Pixel 4a.

With an unlockable bootloader and a price tag that keeps the risk-reward ratio low, the Pixel 4a is the new king of rootable phones.

You'll have to enable Developer Options, allow OEM unlocking, unlock the bootloader, then patch the stock boot image and flash it in fastboot — but it's not as bad as it sounds if you have somebody walking you through each step.
