Steps :-
1) First create a folder using mkdir command for given folder in video
Command is :

mkdir /data/data/com.termux/files/usr/etc/my.cnf.d

2) install the package mariadb using

pkg install command

3) Start the mysql server using :

mysqld

4) In another session type the command:

mysql
