ICD presents Cultural Diplomacy in Europe: A Forum for Young Leaders. "CDE" is a network of young, influential people from Europe and around the world who have an active interest in Cultural Diplomacy between European countries.

Members join the Forum by taking part in a Weeklong Seminar, during which they will learn about the field of cultural diplomacy, and take part in challenging group discussions on important issues. Participants will analyze and explore the history and evolution of Cultural Diplomacy in Europe, and discuss some of the main cultural divides in Europe and how they can be addressed by Cultural Diplomacy.

The Forum is under patronage of Hans-Gert Pöttering, President of the Parliament of the European Union.
