Amazon HIJACKERS are something that ALL Amazon sellers will experience when starting an Amazon FBA business. In this video, I will show you how to remove Amazon hijackers from your product listing in 2023.

Earlier this week I received an alert from Helium 10 that the main image on one of my product listings had been changed. This was clearly an attempt to hijack the product listing, so I had to act fast.

The first port of call was to edit the listing in Seller Central, however, although my original images were still uploaded, there were 3 new images from the hijacker that I was unable to edit or delete.

The next thing I tried was to do a flat file CSV template and try to overwrite the images via the product upload facility, unfortunately, this also didn't work.

Finally, I resorted to contacting Brand Registry support - I explained the issue clearly and included a screenshot of what I wanted them to do, within 1 hour I received a reply that the hijacked images have been removed.

I wanted to share my experience and show Amazon beginners how to get rid of hijackers because if they remain on your listing for too long they can do a lot of damage to your Amazon FBA business.
