This is a short video about creating a dual bell sound on Korg PA series arrangers. When the sound is played, a delay is added to the second bell sound so that it sounds like a dual bell. This is one of the Korg PA oscillator tricks. In the oscillator page, assign a delay to one of the samples to play like a dual one. You can either copy one of the existing oscillators and set the octave to +1 to make it out while playing. This is the second video on Korg PA short tips.
