Play DVD Movies on Chromebooks with VLC and any Ext. DVD drive (Re-Post)

In this video, I go over how to watch a DVD movie right on a Chromebook using an app called, VLC.
The Ext. Drive that I am using is just a DVD drive I pulled from an old Dell Laptop and installed within an Optical Drive Enclosure.
