My SUMMER BORSCH with donuts, with which I conquered my husband!
Hello friends!
I think that every family loves borscht: a hearty, rich hot dish that, the longer it sits, the tastier it becomes. Today I want to share how this dish is prepared in my family. We always serve with garlic donuts and sour cream... yummy))
I will need:
3 l. water
600-700 gr. pork ribs
350 gr. beetroot
600 gr. potatoes
1 large sweet pepper
500 gr. cabbage
dill - bunch
garlic - 2 cloves
300 gr. tomato
330 ml. tomato juice
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp Sahara
1 tbsp salt
For 9 donuts, frying pan 26 cm diameter:
300 ml. water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Sahara
2 tbsp vegetable oil
15 gr. live yeast or 5 gr. dry
450-470 gr. flour, you may need more or less
fill:
dill
garlic
salt
water
