First, navigate to youtube.com either on your computer or mobile device. Ensure you're on the desktop version of the site. Next, locate the video for which you want the transcript. Scroll down, and below the video player, tap the three dots. Select "Show Transcript" to reveal the text. You can scroll through it and use timestamps to navigate. To remove timestamps, tap the three dots on the transcript box's top right corner and toggle timestamps off. To search for specific keywords, use Ctrl+F or Command+F (Mac), type the keyword, and navigate to instances in the transcript. You can also copy the transcript by selecting the text, right-clicking, and choosing "Copy." Paste it into a notepad for further use.
