沙丁泡芙食谱

材料:
泡芙皮(1包)、蛋黄(1粒)、罐头沙丁鱼(1罐)、洋葱(1粒)、柠檬汁(1小碟)

步骤:
1. 把所有食材弄妥。洋葱切丝,罐头沙丁鱼去骨弄碎,鸡蛋只取蛋黄不要蛋白。
2. 洋葱丝、罐头沙丁鱼与柠檬汁混合搅匀。
3. 用泡芙皮把馅料包好,利用叉子把边边封起来。
4. 在表层涂上蛋黄,使其呈金黄色及味道更香。
5. 放入烤炉以250c烘焙20分钟(或直到呈现金黄色)。
6. 从烤炉拿出,再次涂上蛋黄后再次放入烤炉。
7. 以250c烘焙10分钟直至香味溢出。
8. 从烤炉中小心拿出,美味的沙丁泡芙大功告成!
