for spreading: 100g mascarpone + 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt, salt, garlic powder and pepper to taste.
Mix the mascarpone with yogurt, garlic, season with salt and pepper, and spread on the croutons. Fold the ham into a fan, place it on toast, put two halves of smoked cheese next to each other, half a tomato and a parsley leaf.

Turkey ham
– hard-boiled eggs
– yellow cherry tomatoes

Green cucumber
Cut the ham in half, the eggs and tomatoes into quarters. Cut the cucumber into slices with a wavy knife. Cut the radish into fancy stars.
Spread on the croutons as above.
Arrange: ham rolled into a cone, wavy cucumber, radish, quarter of an egg and a tomato. Put the dill inside.

– spinach (small leaves)

– nutty Camembert cheese
– canned onion
Spread on the croutons as above.
Cut the nut Camembert cheese into small triangles and the peppers into thin strips.
Place on toast: irregularly folded braseola, two spinach leaves, camembert, a strip of yellow pepper and one or two preserved onions.

– hard-boiled eggs
– shredded cheese
Red pepper
Cut the eggs into quarters and the peppers into thin sticks.
Cut out circles from the shredded cheese, fold them in half and roll them into cones.
Spread on the croutons as above.
Place on the toast: salami, a quarter of an egg, and a cone of shredded cheese. Put 2-3 pepper sticks into the cheese cone. Garnish with parsley.
