Open Microsoft Word or the Word Document that you need.
Right-click on the top toolbar. Choose Collapse the ribbon. The ribbon will be hidden.
You can see the ribbon when you click on the menu option that you need. The ribbon will hover over the file and hide when you don’t use it.
Right-click on the top toolbar. Deselect Collapse the ribbon. The ribbon will appear at the top of the document.
