#DIV/o!
When the formula you're employing tries to divide by zero, the error message #DIV/0! displays. When dividing by the value of an empty cell, it can also appear. This error message is displayed by Excel because it is unable to define a formula that is divided by zero.
#N/A
When Excel is unable to locate a value that is referenced in your formula, it displays the #N/A error message. This happens when a cell has incorrect or missing data. Usually, additional characters, spaces, or missing data tables are the source of this problem. Simply double-check the spelling of any values that the formula references or that are available in a data table to correct this problem.
#NAME?
This error is displayed by Excel when it can't read some of your calculations. This can happen if you spell some formula components incorrectly or if some components are missing. Another scenario is when the formula is accurate but the cells it references are inaccurate.

The "range intersect" operator in Excel is represented by a space, while a comma joins two references and a colon refers to a group of cells.
Make sure your formula doesn't contain any unintentional spaces to solve this issue. Make sure the cells you are addressing are accurate intersections if you're trying to use space to call upon two intersecting cells.
#REF!
When your formula tries to reference a deleted cell, it generates the #REF! error. To correct this issue, simply use the "undo" command. This should undo the cell's erasure, allowing your formula to successfully reference it once more.
#value
When Excel believes that your formula is addressing a number but is referencing characters, text, or spaces, it will display this error. Simply make sure your formula is addressing the right cell to solve this issue. If your calculation is accurate, then the cell itself probably contains some incorrect characters.
#spill
Excel may print the #SPILL! error when executing a function that fills a table or column. This error indicates that Excel cannot carry out the operation without replacing existing data in a cell.
For instance, if your formula populates cells D1 through D5 of a table and "Math" is entered in cell D2, Excel will not execute the formula and will instead print #SPILL! Change your formula to print in empty cells in order to resolve this error message, or eliminate the problematic characters from the offending cell.
#Num
Invalid numeric values in your formula will result in the #NUM! error. When solving a math problem involving money, for instance, omit the dollar sign because it indicates an erroneous value. It can also happen when performing an impossibly difficult computation. By changing the numbers in your calculation to eliminate any extraneous values, you can correct this issue.
