Math & Long Division: How to Use Story Telling to Engage Kids
In this short podcast my good friend Christina and I (both moms and educators) discuss how to reduce anxiety at home when long division is introduced in school. We talk about using stories to reduce anxiety, tying division to something they're already familiar with, which is multiplication, and also how to use the magic triangle when the problem is finished to reduce memorizing in the future.
