I had:
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
6 small potatoes
300 grams of minced meat, any kind
1 onion
garlic if you like
spices to your liking, for me: sweet paprika and meat
you can also add fresh parsley and coriander to the filling
~ 150 ml of water, so that the milk does not fly out
~ 200 ml milk, if not. just water
1 good quality melted cheese, you can do without it - also delicious!
salt, pepper - to your taste.
