Hey! Welcome to HOWZA channel! In today's lesson, you will learn how to put a border around text in Google Documents.
The most popular way to add a border in Google Docs is to create a single-cell table that goes around the entire page.
Open Google Documents.
Click on Insert at the top tools bar. Go to Drawing and click on New. A new window will open.
Click on Text box at the top tools bar. Add the text in the box. Click on the line weight at the top tools bar. Choose the line weight of the border. You will see the border appear around the text.
Click on the line color to change the color of the border. Choose the color that you want. Click on Save and close when you’re done.
The other option is to use a table tool. Click on Insert at the top tools bar. Go to Table and select 1 cell. The border will appear in the document. Add the text into the box.
