Workforce Planning Application
TekLink’s Simplified Workforce Planning Model is a standalone SAP Analytics Cloud application that provides a single place for all employee expense calculations and planning. This application allows users to plan for promotions, merit increases, and transfers on existing employees as well as add new employees, terminate employees, and input expense rate drivers for associated costs such as 401k expense. This application then provides a robust reporting solution to report on employee expenses, runs currency conversion and version comparison, and the data can easily be connected to other P&L solutions for full integration.
