Do you want to develop an easy scale shape that will have you spending hours a day inventing licks & riffs? If so, than the pattern in this lesson is for you. I know this may seem like a short period of time, but when this shape is combined with focused attention, you will start playing really cool riffs & licks across a wide array of music styles.
This lesson features a “7 note pattern” that you can play and use against any chord. As you will see and hear, the scale is simple in its design and does not resemble other scale patterns that you’d find in typical guitar methods.
As you will discover, a scale pattern does not have to be long and complex in order to be effective. As a matter of fact, I would say that the longer and more complex a scale pattern is - the more often that it could be less effective.
This lesson is all about working with a unique short scale shape that will allow you to create riffs & licks on a regular basis. Remember, that the secret is in this scales simplicity, and just because it’s simple - won’t make it any less effective.
