How to draw Zog the Dragon by Axel Scheffler
This week we draw Zog, a young accident-prone dragon who we saw this Christmas in 'Zog and the flying doctors' and who wants to be the best student in dragon school. Zog was made famous in the wonderful 2010 picture book by Julia Donaldson and illustrated by Axel Scheffler, who has previously visited Art Room Brighton's studios.You’ll just need the basic equipment, a pencil, some markers or a fine-liner pen and colouring pens/pencils/crayons/paints.
Artroom Studios has been teaching kids and young people from our art school in Brighton (UK) for over a decade. We teach all kinds of unique styles and techniques and one of our favourites is the Mashup. Since our launch in November 2008, thousands of children have attended and created beautiful pieces of art in our studio.
