Finding termites in a wall
Treating live termites is a delicate process but if done correctly can mean we gain full colony control.
We have found termite activity during the termite inspection and are now back carrying out a colony control, this is where we treat the live termites in the house, we are doing this by adding two bait stations these act as a feeding site it’s a great way to kill the whole colony.
After the termites have been eliminated we then need to install a termite barrier around the house.
When termites are found inside a home one of the best ways to treat them is to use a bait matrix this enables a good feeding site for the termites which will give us full Colony elimination.
The key to carrying out this type of colony control is to carefully place the bait station in an area where there is termite activity then a bait is placed inside the station which encourages the termites to feed when feeding starts the product will get passed around the entire colony which eventually will result in full Colony elimination.
