The Generate Reports feature is a great way to extract all sorts of data from your CUCM system. Aside from reports in general, the data generated can be used to create a Custom File Format (allowing non-standard changes) for use with the Bulk Edit feature. We will use the Custom File Format to edit and
standardize the Description Field on phones and directory numbers.
