Note: at the end of the video I'm stuck walking on the ocean ground. It's caused by another bug when you get damage & enter in the water at the same time. Not related to the bug highlighted in this video, but if it happens to you, use the console command "warpforward". It resets your motormode (your swimming /walking state).
